Later cancellations or no-show will require charging for the first night.
For 3 nights stay or more, a deposit, that equals the price of the first night, is required. It's not refundable in case of no show or cancellation made less than 17 days before arrival date.

Cancellation Policy for groups:
To definitely confirm your booking, the hotel requires the equivalent of 50% of the entire stay as a deposit or a credit card number with the expiration date to charge the same amount.
Cancellations can be made 33 days or earlier prior to the guest's arrival to the hotel without any charges.
Later cancellations or no-show will require charging for the entire stay.
