Positive aspects:
New hotel, room and public space in good condition, spacious room, good price/quality, in the center, but still very quiet, friendly staff, nice garden and pool

Negative aspects:
Very noisy fridge in room, in gym the workout equipment didn't work, cleaning only once in a week
