The Hotel de la Cote d'Or, located in the heart of Burgundy near Beaune and Dijon was originally an 18th century inn and coach house. This jewel of the Relais & Chateau chain, a four-star hotel overlooking its landscaped garden, has 33 air-conditioned rooms, most of which include a balcony, terrace or fireplace. Mainly decorated with stone, Burgundy floor tiles and antique wainscoting, our rooms reflect the charm and noblesse of the region, while offering the most modern conveniences. They are equipped with an office area, mini-bar, fax and computer connections, digital safe, satellite TV (CNN, etc.), king-sized bed (2 m x 2 m) or two single beds, dressing room, bathroom with two sinks, separate bathtub and shower, hairdryer and bathrobe. A night porter and room service are at our guests' disposal. Our guests can enjoy a wine cellar where you can taste Burgundy wines, a shop that sells dining accessories, fine foods, wine and spirits, an outdoor heated pool, a fitness centre with a spa-pool, sauna, hammam, exercise room and lounge area, a library (books in French and other languages) with a fireplace, a Charles X billiard room, play areas for children (indoors and out). Our guests can take advantage of a private meeting room for seminars and meetings (with a view of the garden and natural light) and private rooms for lunches or dinners. The cuisine created by Bernard Loiseau in our restaurant (3 Michelin stars) brings out all the original flavour of nature's products, while considerably limiting fats and sugar. Major credit cards are accepted.
